Shogun will have his hands full come Oct. 24.

Tatame TV released this video on YouTube of Lyoto Machida training for his UFC Light Heavyweight title bout with Mauricio "Shogun" Rua:

The fight is set to go down October 24 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.

what is that a high school gym?

The footage is old; the kick and ground training is in Lyoto's MMA training area, separate from the Machida karate dojo (the lowercase "k" is intentional here).
